Sedona Method group
What it is
A five-week small group, three hours a week, with six participants at most, facilitated by Ezriel Mandel.
The Sedona Method is a simple practice of noticing the feelings that weigh you down and learning to let them go. No experience is needed. It’s for anyone who wants to feel lighter, calmer and less stuck.
